Return to school for Foundation Phase.

Dear Parents.

The Minister for Education, Kirsty Williams, has announced today that the youngest learners in primary schools will return to school following the half-term break.

Arrangements are as follows:

•   All Foundation Phase learners will return to school during the week beginning 22nd February. This means Hummingbirds, Robins, Kingfishers and Year 2 Owls.
•   Existing arrangements for vulnerable learners and critical workers will continue after the half-term break.
•   A note from the Chief Medical Officer’s office confirms that the return of Foundation Phase children is consistent with and supported by the current available medical evidence.

Home Learning from Jan 6th

Home Learning from 06.01.21

You will have heard that Welsh Government have moved the Autumn term opening date to Monday 18th January.
From Wednesday 6th Jan teachers will be providing online learning for all pupils.
Each morning you will receive a video message via Dojo informing parents and children of the days activities.
All activities will be hosted on our Home Learning Platform

Paper learning packs will be provided for those who request this. Packs will be hand delivered to you.

Only key workers and high priority vulnerable workers to return on Wednesday 6th Jan 2021. If you are in this category please contact school on Monday 4th Jan.

All other pupils will access home learning for Wednesday 6th , Thursday 7th and Friday 11th Jan.

There is a planned return for all pupils on Monday 11th Jan. We will update you with any further developments.
